The list manager of this list is the one who can add the "prepend".
They go to the rootsweb manager website for this list and choose the
option for WAYNE-IN to be placed at the beginning of the message and,
voila, there it is.
So list manager, are you out there listening?????

Howdy - I am subscribed to several lists with the 'list' format.
Some of the lists come through with either the address or the subject
line having the name of the list so that I can tell that it is from
rootsweb. It just dawned on me if I would put Wayne county in the
subject line - and we all did that it might accomplish the same
thing. Of course that kind of limits under important stuff that
really should go there - like the name of your ancestor, etc. It's
also obvious to me that I've deleted a few messages from the list I
thought were spam because I did not know the sender.
