I do know there was a Warfel family, who were Pennsylvania Dutch, and built a house along
the National Road. They were not in my direct line, who moved from Lancaster Co.PA to
Tipton Co., IN after the Civil War.
You might check with The Huddleston House Museum- part of Historic Landmarks Foundation of
Indiana - for history of the area.

Does anyone know of any history done on the city/town of Germantown?? An extensive number
of my relatives settled there and in nearby areas.? They were all PA-Dutch, and descended
from a common ancestor going back to the late 1600's.
