Well, I guess I might as well jump on the band wagon also!
My great grandmother, Anna Florence (Taylor) Horton, was born in Dublin,
Indiana. Her parents were Murray Taylor and Mary E. (Rayl) Taylor. I
have pictures of them in Indiana, but cannot find if there were buried
there. I have uncovered a fair amount of information on great
grandmother, but only know that Murray's parents were George S. Taylor
and Rebecca (Fodrea) Taylor.
Any information on these individuals would be greatly appreciated.
Kindest regards,
Julia

Mary,
I have a set of books showing almost all burials in Wayne County through the
latter part of the 1900s. There are two John Allens shown:
John Allen (b. 4/2/1819, d. 4/21/1888), son of Hugh Allen, is buried in the
Salem Baptist Cemetery located south of SR 38 between Greensfork and
Hagerstown.
Dr. J. B. (John) Allen (1844-2/19/1910), son of Jacob & Martha (Brown)
Allen, is buried in West Lawn Cemetery in Hagerstown. Margaret A.
(Thornburgh) Allen, wife of Thomas L. Allen, is also buried in this
cemetery.
Let me know if either of these people match your request. I can send the
actual pages.
