If you go to
http://www.freebmd.org.uk/ and search you will find that it
appears that they married in Pontypridd Registration District in December
quarter 1912, GRO ref 11a 1213
The link on the page number 1213 shows all the names on that reference
number (usually two consecutive marriages at the same venue). The link on
Pontypridd allows you to discover what areas were covered by that
registration district at the time, including very populous areas in the
Rhondda valley.
On the search results page there is a paragraph below the search results:

The link on 'here' is to
http://www.freebmd.org.uk/Certificates.html
On this page there is a link to how to order a certificate online from the
GRO,
https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/default.asp
This is probably the best way to do it from overseas, as you can use a
reputable credit or debit card.
There were so many churches and chapels in the Pontypridd registration
district that it would be largely a matter of luck if you managed to hit on
the right one and had someone able to photograph the original register for
you.
Without the marriage entry which should give you addresses, occupations and
fathers' names you might end up researching entirely the wrong family.

places in the Pontypridd registration district and nearby in the former

There are several unmarried ladies of marriageable age in 1911 census in the
general area of Pontypridd with the name Florence Probert, so to go pursue
further research a marriage certificate giving age, address and father's
name is desirable. Names of witnesses may also be helpful.
