Taibach and Margam were both in Neath registration district - and still are.
DUCART seems to be a rare name
in 1878 a Paul Samuel DUCART married in Steyning, Sussex, district. It
appears from IGI that wife was Isabel Smee GILLER and groom's father was
called Desire DUCART. Location was Hove, Sussex, he was 33 she 28 and her
father's name Henry GILLER.
There is no obvious reason why these people should come to Port Talbot
area.
May be a coincidence of name.
Best way to get parents' names is to order the birth certificate.

Subject: [WALES-GEN] Sophie Marie DUCART of Glamorgan and Neath
Hi, I have just joined this list. I am searching for info/family of
Sophie
Marie DUCART born Taibach,Glamorgan in 1887. Her birth was registered in
Neath. In 1901 she was living at Margam, south Wales. Her parents were not
with her. Perhaps she was in a boarding school? In 1911 she married Isaac
DAVIES.
Can anyone help?
Thanks
