"Mrs. David H. Morgan, a well known resident of Kingston, who died yesterday morning
of heart trouble, as noted in the Record, was 55 years old and for three years had been a
patient sufferer with rheumatic trouble. Mrs. Morgan was born at Rhymney, South Wales,
and came to this country about twenty-four years ago with her husband, settling at
Shamokin. With the exception of a short while spent in Plymouth, she has resided in
Kingston for the past eleven years. She was married in August, 1862, and all her life has
been a devoted Christian. At the time of her death she was a member of the Welsh
Congregational Church. Mr. Morgan is engaged as a bookkeeper at Edwards & Co.'s.
The funeral will be held on Monday afternoon at 2:30. Rev. Dr. Edwards will
officiate."
