Well Joanna,
I can understand your reason and maybe that 95% is why we have a full 30
days to vote, but what we are saying is "We agree to live by these rules
as CC's and State C's etc."
That's what *you* are saying, but it's not what the by-laws say.
The last time i looked the issue wasn't about Washington State law
RCW
or WAC. since i have part of NON-Profit groups in Washington state
By-laws are MUST HAVE to receive a Non-profit status with the state. We
are not incorp. within the state of Wa. we are a national non-profit and
have declared so.
The by-laws specify Unincorporated Non-Profit Association. This is
something
*apparently* defined by the Uniform Unincorporated Non-Profit Assocation
Act and not the same as a Washington non-profit corporation. The by-laws
required to get non-profit status are pretty much defined by statute.
The American Red Cross is a National non-profit org. they filed and
received non-profit status within the states they operate, if you need a
cert. from G. Locke before we open our doors..then who is making it
tougher to operate
usgenweb.org in Wa Genweb?
You're arguing with somebody else.
