Well Joanna,
I can understand your reason and maybe that 95% is why we have a full 30
days to vote, but what we are saying is "We agree to live by these rules
as CC's and State C's etc."
By not voting you turn down your right to voice a opinion, if you
disagree with the by-laws Vote NO by not voting leaves your voice
unheard.
The last time i looked the issue wasn't about Washington State law RCW
or WAC. since i have part of NON-Profit groups in Washington state
By-laws are MUST HAVE to receive a Non-profit status with the state. We
are not incorp. within the state of Wa. we are a national non-profit and
have declared so.
The American Red Cross is a National non-profit org. they filed and
received non-profit status within the states they operate, if you need a
cert. from G. Locke before we open our doors..then who is making it
tougher to operate
usgenweb.org in Wa Genweb? This is the Internet not
Washington state it is a Free willed network but it needs rules to avoid
those who seek to make a buck from what is FREE..............
