Wow
I am stunned by this message... Celia is one of the big reasons I'm
still with the USGenWeb... I have appreciated her low key leadership... it
is seems unbelieveable that over 6 years have passed since she took over as
coordinator...
As I've said so many times... Thank You Celia
Darilee
PS... Glad you are keeping your counties...

Subject: [WAGEN-L] WAGenWeb State Coordinator
Hi All,
Celia Tomlin has decided to step down as WAGenWeb State Coordinator, but
will
continue as CC for King and Walla Walla counties. She has handed the
reins
to
me as Assistant SC for the time being.
According to the USGenWeb Bylaws, a new SC must be elected from among us.
There are 28 CCs at the present time. I've added the respective
Coordinator
names to the WAGenWeb county list table on the State page and now
have
everyone subscribed on the WAGen-L mail list.
I've been unable to locate Anna Schwartz, CC of Adams Co. She is not
counted
in the above number of CC's. Unless someone knows her actual
residence or
phone number, Adams county will be put up for adoption.
I suggest nominations be open beginning now and ending midnight, Monday,
May
13, 2002. Following that, an election will be announced.
To facilitate matters during this period, the WAGen-L "Reply To:" will be
set
for automatic replying to the list. If you want to reply to one
individual
only, it will be necessary to change the "To:" in your message, else
everyone
will get a copy.
Thanks,
-Mike
