Hello,
I feel that our meeting went well today and I thank all who
came and shared what they are doing. It was great to meet
all of you. There were only 20 who could make it but so
good to put a face to that e-mailer I am working with.
Kevin Fraley explained the work of the Archives files which he
takes care of and Celia Tomlin explained her responsibilities at
the State page. Workers are still needed in so many areas I will
not attempt to list them all.
I can speak for the cemeteries....We need workers in many counties.
Spokane, Walla Walla and Stevens are getting nearly finished, a few
undone. One needs to contact Kevin or me and make sure it is not adopted
before you read one, since they are not always listed on the web as being
adopted. We really would like to have all of them up once before we go back
and start updating.
When we have so many unread, no need to duplicate, plus this creates a
problem for Kevin, (who should get their file up???)
the one who adopted it first and is still working on it or the one who just
sent it in without asking if it was adopted?
