Check out OH & KS--the other states I'm affiliated with in this project.
Both states have an Archives manager, although not a special manager for
each county. The CC's submit stuff, the AC's go looking (specially in
OH--Maggie Zimmerman never stops) and add things, and in the case of Geauga
Co., the Pres. of the Geauga Chapter of the OGS submits directly to the
Archives. I still carry a lot of information on my pages as well--& I
haven't had a problem with the way these two states are set up. I'm willing
to take on Clark Co. in the Archives, although I certainly would welcome
anyone who wanted to add what they have as well. In fact, what is currently
in the Archives for Clark Co. was not put there by me, but by other
volunteers.

Subject: [WAGEN-L] ACC
Hi again.
I need some clarification...
1. which states have CC's and ACC's.
2. do the by-laws avocate a "super archive system" or the CC system we have
been using.
3. is this ACC creation a suggestion from the Board...or has this been a
lower level decision.
4. do the CC's have a say in this at all...
Please note... I am trying very hard now to keep this a polite discussion
between equals.
