Hi Irma,
What you are doing sounds great, but I did have a question. If I
understood you
correctly, you are thinking of having two alphabetical
lists, one following the other. I would recommend integrating these into
one alphabetized list, with the symbols showing which entries are from
other records. Be sure to show where records differ, so the researcher has
all possible information. This has proven to be much easier for the reader
to find what they seek without overlooking information. It is up to you how
you do this, I am just giving my opinion.
