I have misplaced the address for posting items on the newsletter so would you post this
for me?
Topozone has been taken over by
Trails.Com and viewers of Topozone maps will encounter
some problems viewing the old maps. In my case, I had links to Topozone maps for my town
cemeteries.
Trails.Com is directing viewers to their version of the maps which contain
shading which renders the maps almost useless. To obtain better images of maps, viewers
can purchase access to the enhanced
Trails.Com maps from $49.95 per year.
I refuse to be held hostage by them so am changing my webpages over to Google maps. This
will take me a couple of days. Once I have learned how to do this I will followup with
directions on how to make the changes.
Click on one of the towns in my website, then click on the Topozone link following one of
the cemeteries to see the effect of shading.
