Hi, everybody:
Just a reminder that it is very important to your fellow subscribers that
when you reply to a message that is found in a Digest, you should CHANGE
THE SUBJECT LINE. All e-mail programs allow you to do that. If you do not
wish to use the same subject line as the message to which you are replying,
make one up that will help identify what you are talking about. Whatever
you decide, the following format is really NOT very useful:
Re: LISTNAME-D Digest V03 #321
and should be avoided like you would avoid a polecat. One that has been
sleeping on the double yellow lines for a few days.
Nobody gets removed from a list for violating this "rule," and your mail
won't be blocked, or anything like that. It's hardly a capital crime. But
help us all out here, OK?
To discuss this message, DO NOT REPLY TO THE LIST -- send a private message
to me at either:

darrellm(a)sprynet.com
substituting the actual list you are on for LISTNAME, of course. And now,
back to our regularly scheduled genealogical researches.
