Beth was kind enough to point out that the 5 volumes and index of the Vermont Historical
Gazetteer were now online in searchable format, so I have redirected my links to the
Digital Library location. When you update pages, it makes sense to change to the digital
library versions since they will be maintained.
I have not had time to got into this digital library to investigate what local history
information exists, but if they have put the Gazetteer online, then I have high hopes.
I will leave the current documents online so existing links will work, but the new
versions are more complete.
