I "peeked" in the vacfredr folder and saw that you'd named the
"homepage"
as
index.html ... but the old index.htm was still there,
so I renamed THAT file "old_index.htm"
and now your page is visible to browsers

I've gone back and fixed a couple of things like the firewall. Had to
allow program to go out. What is the correct URL? I have the username,
password, and server that Freddie gave so is there another URL? I thought
it was the webpage address but it isn't. Also, I don't know what the IP
address is for the current webpage. Everything seems to be going great.
The program is contacting the server but I get an error message on the URL
address.

I'm getting stumped but not giving up. I think the FileZilla is having the
