Very true, I can't count the number of times someone says "the email address
for Nancy on your website is broken" or something like that, when I manage
so many pages that I have no clue what they're talking about, and sometimes
it takes several messages for them to be able to tell me where it was...
especially when it's an email on a surname list or something.

When reporting a broken link to a coordinator, it is helpful when the url
containing the invalid link is supplied. Anything to speed things up is
helpful.
