Linda,
That sounds like a Mississippi book. When I list SK Publications, etc. I
put (commercial) beside it. That's how some SC's are advising.

I don't know where we could post this, or if we could.. since we don't
advertise. Any suggestions?

HI
I am publishing my sister's book entitled
"from Natchez to New Orleans; Slaves, Slave Holders
and Slavery in the Woodville Republican and Wilkinson
Country Advertiser, 1824-1848". $30.00 plus $5.00 shipping.
it will be available on cdrom in adobe acrobat format
with the free reader (windows) [macintosh reader available
on the internet]. It is an alphabetical arrangement of
slave holders' names, as well as slaves, along with
newspaper clippings from that time concerning
slaves, selling slaves, runaway slaves, slavery
and abolition.. do you think your members would
be interested in this offering and if so, would you
post a message to your members?
thanks
