The only reasons to incorporate that I can see are:
1- As an incorproated non-profit status 501c3, you are able to get grants
from organizations or foundations.
2- Donors to the site with 501c3 status may deduct those donations from
their income taxes.
If you are not seeking donations or grants, there is no need for the
status, however if you are there is a great need for it.
