Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

Hello Everyone,
My name is Dodie Browning. I will be hosting the Tazewell County VA, page.
Candy has done an excellent job, but since I have never used FTP, it will
be awhile before I can get caught up. Right now, I'm feeling a bit
overwhelmed, but once I figure out how to work this FTP stuff, I will be up
and running. Thanks for all your help and good wishes,
Dodie Browning

Henry,
The site you refer to was not a "USGenWeb" site. The URL is
incorrect on the VAGenWeb "Museum WebPage" ... it should be
http://www.moc.org
