It's up to the individual file manager, some do add personal info, most do not. The
archives files are permanent and like every other project there is turnover, for someone
to have to go in and edit what could be thousands of text files is just too much. As I
mentioned in my previous email, boilerplate is created with the forms that gives a link to

I've never seen contact info on any archives textual-data page unless the
