In win 10, they made it possible to use linux bash I think its was.
There also is a program called pdf work shop. And another that can
extract pictures and text.

this one has lots of hints. I used these things when I wanted to get
some things from a geology pdf.
There is also one that extracts and sets up into excell.
I am using linux mint Rosa 17.3. Much better than windows, and it and
ALL programs in linux are free. All 70,000+ of them.
