Interesting that it was mentioned you sent $10.00 with a request to the
Erath Genealogical Society.
I too sent a request along with a check and have heard nothing. Are they
unable to keep up with the requests? or........nothing found......or???????

Beats me. Erath Couty had more people in 1890's than in 1980's.
Stephenville has never been as large as Thurber was with European
immigrants was when the coal mines and brick plant were in full steam
until John L. Lewis killed the town. It has 3 residents at present.
