I always hate getting into these discussions but my trigger has been
tripped.
First:
On the query problem. Put the unknown county first in the list. If a
person has multiple counties of interest or is unsure of what county or
counties to query this is the place for it. Limit the posting of a
given query to a single county. (if a query is to be posted to different
counties then the query should be different for each county) Let the
unknown county coordinator decide whether to post or file 13 the query.
I can say this because I coordinate the Alabama unknown county and I
have dumped a few that were too vague on non applicable.
Second:
When we reply to these discussions why do we include the text of the
previous message that sometimes contains the text of another message or
two when everyone on the list has already received the messages
directly. It sure makes sorting out which message(s) to archive and
which to dump or eats up a lot of hard drive space if you archive them
all.
Third:
Thanks for allowing me to be a part of the group. Thanks to Bridgett,
Jane and Nancy all they do in this area and across the state. Thanks
also to Steven for taking Chester county so I could do another project
that came up for me.
