daughters and sons-in-law, Debbie and Gary Schieferflin, Laurie and Jimmy
McDermott, all of Palm Coast, and Benjie and Steven Suarez of Jacksonville;
two sons and a daughter-in-law, Michael and Susan Rugg of Ridge Manor and
Kenneth Rugg of Tampa; and four sisters and three brothers-in-law, Roma June
and Rev. Bobby Merritt and Linda and Dennis Fletcher, all of Elizabethton,
Tenn., Helen and Darrell Smith and Royslene Fletcher, all of Inverness. Eight
grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, cousins
and friends also survive.
A memorial service for Mrs. Rugg will be held at a later date at Hillsboro
Memorial Gardens, 2119 West Brandon Blvd., Brandon, Fla., with Mrs. Ruggs'
