Oct 1822 Benjamin Branhams Will/ Oct 1822
In the name of God amen or be it remembered that I Benjamin Branham of the
County of Roane and State of Tennessee being weak in Body but sound and
perfect mind and memory or you may say [ ? ing] the uncertainty of this
mortal life and at this time being sound of mind and memory Blessed be
Almighty God for the same do make and publish this my last will and testament
in manner and [ ? ] following [?] I give and bequeath to my two youngest
daughters Milly Branham and Louise Branham one feather bed for each and
furniture belonging to them likewise I give and bequeath to Jefferson Branham
one of grandsons one feather bed and furniture further I ive and bequeath to
my son Richard Branham the sum of eight shillings lawful money further I give
and bequeath to my beloved wife the ballance of the household

furniture and kitchen furniture likewise all the stock of [will?] of all kinds
the sd Branham gives to his Beloved wife so long as she should live and for
her [?] disperse of it as she sees proper and lastly as to all the rest
residue and remainder of my personal estate goods and Chattle of what kind and
[?] I give and bequeath same to my [?ly] Beloved wife Usley [Urley?] Branham
whom I hereby appoint Sole Executor of this my last will and testament hereby
revoking all former wills by me made in witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and seale in the year of our Lord 1821 December 12
