No I have nothing on her until the marriage in 1874. The first time I find
her in the census is 1880 after she married my great grandfather. I have
them in the 1900, 1910, and 1920 census, all in Des Moines, Polk Co. Iowa.
I found one Soderholm west of Des Moines but according to the census Oscar
immigrated much earlier than 1869.
Thanks for the info

If she was born 1856 and emigrated 1869, she would have been 12 or 13 when
she emigrated. It is highly unlikely she would have emigrated alone.
Have you found her on the 1870 census? She would probably have been
living with relatives then. I tried to find her on the Emigrant CD, but
did not find any likely matches.
