Try Googling the name of the parish, just on the off-chance. I found one
for Orsa parish that way, which some generous soul has compiled and posted -
Ancestry indexes theirs at the bottom of each screen if you click on I think

If there is no index to the farms and villages within a given parish at
either the beginning or the end of an HFL volume, is there anything I can do
other than just click through every page to find the village or farm. Right
now I'm looking for Svenarum Norrg?rd (also called Svenarum
G?stgivarg?rd) in J?nk?pingslan 1867-1871.
