Found the following in the Sweden Gazetteer:
Place Municipality County Type
Kyrkhult Olofström Blekinge Locality
Here's a map URL for Blekinge:
And for Olofström:
The URL for Olofström is :
In the Turism section it mentions Tulseboda brunn, a well known spa in
Kyrkhult. I'd say this is your Tuselborg.
They have a Genealogy research centre:
Tel: 0454-77 00 55
Fax: 0454-77 08 79
Address: Box 78,
290 60 KYRKHULT
Sorry, but couldn't find anything about Frugafranksduga or anything that
even looked like it. Write to the Olofström Tourist Bureau and they will
probably be able to help you, and send some brochures.

Subject: [Sweden] Where is Leiklorta, Tuselborg, Frugafranksduga?
Date: Tue, 30 May 2000 18:59:29 -0500
In reviewing taped interviews with my grandmother, she refers to three
places that she visited and lived as a young child in 1904-1908 in Sweden.
She said that "in the same territory of Kyrkhult was a summer resort by the
name of Leiklorta"?
Another place she said they visited was a place where "people came all over
to drink the health waters in Tuselborg", across the road from Kyrkhult"?
A third place was the museum in Blekinge (I know this is a county/province
and very large!) called Frugafranksduga?
I'm not sure my aunt has these spelled correctly, but I can't find any of
these on my map of Sweden or on my map of Blekinge. Any suggestions?
