This is a special thank you to everyone on the list. With all the suggestions and
resources I was able to order a Bouppteckning for the Mother in the Pearson family.
(Johanna Svensdotter born 1851 died 1928)
This morning I received the reply with the "probate" records. Amazingly it
contained residences for the five children who went to America. (Other times it will only
give a name and gone to Amerika.) This was the lucky day because it included the fifth
son. I have searched under every combination of names and I never would have found him.
When he came to New York he changed his name from Persson to Linder. (The others in the
family became Pearson.)
So at last I have some more answers and thank you to everyone.
