Compared to the west, very few organizations in Sri Lanka are on the
internet, so don't give up just because you can't find it through Google.
If you go to http://www.lacnet.org/academic/
you'll see a listing of
schools and institutions that are known to have websites. You could try
contacting someone in the history department of a university, for example,
to see if they know of any name changes for the school you're looking for.
