Went into the National Archives online and found the following:
DESCRIPTION STRACHAN, MARIA MAGDALENE. BORN RODGERS.
DISTRIBUTION ACCOUNT. FIRST ACCOUNT.
DESCRIPTION STRACHAN, MARIA MAGDALENE. NEE RODGERS. DEATH
The above normally indicates that the person died in 1916 and that her
estate was wrapped up in 1917.
The search I set up was to look for the name Strachan and the name
Rodgers, neither being common. The following also appeared in the search
