Anyone afraid of being crushed would do well to attend during the
part of the afternoon. It is always quieter then than during the first
hour. Doing this will also stop you from getting at the second-hand books
and journals before I do.
It's getting to sounds as if some preliminary training sessions at
jumble sales are going to be needed.
The last two years, despite all the advance talk and my intention to go,
I've missed it because there has been no reminder immediately before the
event. But as I really don't like crowds, I don't think even the
intention is going to be there next year.
