Yes, this is my list. At the time I was working and very reluctant to take
on a battle to take control from Victoria who never responded to any of us.
But since Denise Wells is now involved and I am retired from paying work, I
can take this on with some help from the group.
I am currently creating an Excel Spreadsheet with current coordinators,
those that are responding to the roll-call, and those listed on the County
pages. That way I will know who is actively participating. We do need to
give them a few days and then we need to send email to addresses on the
county pages to see if they are still active. I remember that one or two
from before quit later. At any rate, hopefully South Carolina will have new
leadership soon. We will want to have an election to make it legitimate.
We want to do it right.
Carolyn

I just looked through email in Outlook Express on my old (retired) computer,
and I find a welcome message from SCGENWEB-L, 1/15/13, but don't find any
confirmation that I created that list. I thought I had, but I may be
remembering the Yahoo Group. Carolyn, did you create the RootsWeb list? I
never have gotten any bounced messages, so I don't think I am the
administrator. I just sent a message to the Admin.
I have tons of communication on the old computer, but am not sure how to get
it off. It's no longer hooked up to the Internet. I do have printed lists
where we have contacted CCs, and those we could not locate. I know that Paul
has lists, too. I don't know if I included my email addresses, but I usually
use genealogy(a)patsabin.com for lists. However, if I'm checking email on my
phone, I may respond from patricia.sabin(a)comcast.net . I'd be happy to share
my home address and phone numbers, but not on this list until we know it's
private. I have shared privately with Paul, and maybe Frank, just in case
one of us disappeared.
