Greetings to all:
I have just sent the following message to our Archives Chairman
concerning a business meeting at 9AM on the day of the Reunion. If you have
any thoughts or anything you would like to put on the agenda for the meeting
please let us know. This is your organization and you are a part of the
process. Let us hear from you.
If you can jot down some things you would like to discuss at our
business meeting. I think we need to discuss Election of Officers, term of
office, dues, etc. Things like that.
Term of office- 2 year term and by vote of membership
Offices- President, Vice-president, Secretary/Treasurer.
Election of Officers- nomination committee to supply slate of
Annual dues- if so, how much. $15.00 per year maybe.
Reunion Chairperson or committee- ones to run the affairs of
Association Bylaws- I think we need some rules to go by.
President Emeritus- for President leaving office. to serve as
Other offices to serve indefinite terms at discretion of the
membership by vote.
Perhaps we could find a good set of bylaws from another
organization and change to suit our needs or form a bylaws committee to write
