Elaine, probably so, the time of conception at Gilbertsville. I asked
because one of the Taylor researchers in our group is Mary Gilbert and hers
are from Gilbertsville. Made her Gilbert research real easy. They immigraed
to Gilbertsville and stayed there.

This is one of the questions I wished I had asked when my Dad was
alive.
We always made fun of his name, it being such a socially correct name for
someone that spent all his time in the woods in boots and an old wool
hunting
coat, poor as a church mouse.
I have a letter written by my Dad's father written to his wife around
the
time Dad was conceived. She was staying with friends in Gilbertsville
while
Grandpa was on a hunting trip. I have wondered if when Grandpa got back
from
that trip that Dad was conceived in Gilbertsville.
