This morning I received the following observation, from Tom Horgan,
commenting on the "homily" message received via the RCD Association mailing
list.
Tom has an excellent point. The mailing list was never intended to be an
open forum for topics not related to the Regimental Family. It was set up as
an unmoderated list; however, which requires a measure of self-discipline on
the part of every subscriber. I would ask all subscribers to hold their
communications to this litmus test before sending them.
Cheers,
Norm Ashton, List Administrator

Hi Norm,
I do not think that allowing this type of use of the RCD Assn "All Stations
Call" is a good thing.
If this type of thing catches on (as it will if not stopped immediately)
the "Net" will become a pipeline for junk mail and lose all credibility as
a means of creditable RCD information.
Tom

GREAT TRUTHS ABOUT LIFE, THAT LITTLE CHILDREN HAVE LEARNED:
(1) No matter how hard you try, you can't baptize cats.
(2) When your Mom is mad at your Dad, don't let her brush your hair.
(3) If your sister hits you, don't hit her back. They always catch the
second person.
