Dear Sir ,
I am required by a Museum in England to obtain as much Information on
one of the Royal Canadian Dragoons
most famous Soldiers Sir Richard ,E, W, Turner VC and Hope you will be
able to assit me ?
I need for example to know if the Regimental Museum have any personal
Artefacts of him , Any Portrait or Photographs ?
and one item in particular the Museum in England wants is a 1895
Helmet Plate or Badge reference Number HP.41
The Queen Victoria Crown which would have been worn at that time he
got his Victoria Cross
It is appreciated that they are Rare and hard to find we have tried
the Canadian Dealers in such Badges without
Success, Even a Re Strike would do for display purposes, Can you
advise us where to go for such ?
The Musem E-Mail Site is not Known and its telephone number would help us
Regards
