The Atlantic Chapter wishes to announce the passing of one of its members;
Mr. James Victor LOCKERBIE of Fredericton, NB., on June 14th, at the age of 88.
A veteran of WWII with The Royal Canadian Dragoons.
He is survived by his son John (Brenda) LOCKERBIE of Fredericton, NB. Visitation
will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Monday, June 20,
2011 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Private Family Service will take place at York
Funeral Home on Tuesday, 20th of June, at 11.00 am.

His son Mr. John Lockerbie informed me that his Father in the last days of his
life stated "That I enjoyed my life, enjoyed the fight and the fight in WWII and
most of all my time with The Regiment, The Royal Canadian Dragoons, and its
Association".
Association members within the Region are encouraged to attend the Private
Funeral on 20th, or the Visitation. I would ask those who do wish to attend the
Private Funeral to let me know for purpose of coordination to enter as a group,
and pay our respects to a fine DRAGON, and a WWII Veteran.
