Dear Keith,
A quick search shows that the property was recorded as 'Cachen' in the
1881 census - a farm of 48 acres.
It was enumerated between on one side 'Bwlch', 'Street Cottage', and
'Cottage', and on the other side, 'Police Station', 'Rose
Cottage', and
'Daniels Cottage'.
In the census, it is enumerated only five dwellings away from the
'Rectory', so I suspect Cachen Farm is near the parish church (dedicated
to St Tysilio) which is at grid reference SJ267193.
I suggest you explore the area around the church using the 19th century
large scale Ordnance Survey maps available on-line at
http://www.old-maps.co.uk/
