Sorry to tell you that neither of your Thomases are appearing on the 1841
census at the farms you quote. There was a family named Morris at Glanravon
and a number of different surnames at Llanhowel, but none by the name of
Davies. Do you have anything more - perhaps a wife's name - that they
could be tracked with? Just for the record, Llanhowel appears on the 1841
census under the Parish of Glascwm. The present house was built about 35
years ago when the front fell out of the original one.

Subject: [POWYS] Thomas Davies and Thomas Jones
Thomas Davies farmed Llanhowel ( Llanowel ) near Bettws Disserth around
1841. He was aged approx 50 at the time.
Thomas Jones was a drover at Glanaravon (Glan yr afon ) farm near Bettws
Disserth around 1841.
He would have been approx 45 at the time.
Both of these farms are within a few miles of Hundred House on the A481.
I wonder if SKS can do a look up for me on the 1841 Census and find my 2
Thomas's and their families ?
Thanks in advance.
