HAVARD- from Cusop & Hay on Wye forenames James, Thomas, William,
BEVAN- from
Margaret HAVARD nee LLOYD d 13 July 1881 age 77 Cusop
Hannah HAVARD nee BEAVAN (BEVAN) d 1900 age 44 at Hay
Thomas James HAVARD born 5 Dec 1875 at Hay to James & Hannah HAVARD.
Thomas was either born blind or became so from an illness or injury as I
have him in the 1891 census at
County: London Town: Southwark
Civil Parish: St George the Martyr Eccl. Parish: St Jude
District School for the Indigent Blind
Havard, Thomas James Relationship: Pupil - Blind Age: 15 Born:
BRECON, Hay Piece: RG12/350 Folio: 137 Page: 5
Thomas became a basket maker, married Florence Maud LANGSTON 13 Sep
1903 at Southwark.
Thomas' father, James was born about 1833. I cannot find James baptism
anywhere, and according to various census' he was said to have been born at
HEF Kington , BRE Llanigon, and Hay Brecon.
James' parents were Thomas b abt 1804 and Margaret LLOYD bap.14 Sep 1804
Would love to make a connection to researchers of these names.
Thanks so much Teena
