Gillie,
Beware of ages on the 1841 Census as they were rounded down to the nearest 5
and many were also illegible.
Despite the age here, this appears to be your Samuel GRIFFITHS, 1851 Census

Subject: Samuel Griffiths
Can anyone help my friend who is trying to research her Griffiths
family,
in Church Stoke, Montgomery for 1841;
here Samuel 40 is an Ag Lab who married Mary Evans of Church Stoke on
15th October 1842.
They had at least one child Thomas born on 2 Dec 1842.
Can anyone find them in 1852 please.
Many thanks Gillie Lomax.
