Hi
I notice that Thomas Thomas was born in Pendryn Breconshire in 1829. Could you perhaps
assume that the family were still there in 1841. National Archives website showing 1841
census does show a Lewis Thomas b. Merionethshire and living in Breconshire. As the
same for Catherine. Unfortunately you are referred to Ancestry to view the image and as
I am not signed on to them I cannot help further.

Having spent all afternoon trying to find this family on the FMP in the
1841 census
Lewis THOMAS b. Merionethshire c 1786 a stone mason
Catherine b. c 1796 ditto
Thomas Thomas b. c 1829 Brec. Pendryn
Also Richard Thomas b. 1821 Merionethshire a stone mason
I have this family in 1851 census
1851 census
piece 2460 Folio 321 Schedule 085 Ref HO 107/2460 ED 2J
Glamorgan.Merthyr Tydrfil Living at Treaman Fforchaman Aberaman
Lewis Thomas 65 mason by trade born Mer Dolgellan b c 1786,
his wife Catherine 63 c 1788 Mer. Dolgellan
Thomas son 22 unmarried puddler by trade c 1829 born Brecon Penderryn
Catherine Jones grandau 13 servant born Llanelly Brecon c. 1838.
Their son Richard and his wife Elizabeth are not far away also at
Fforchaman(Aberaman) also at Village of Treaman
Lewis died at Aberdare in 1859 and his wife Catherine is still living there
in 1861 She died 1867
Blowed if I can find the family though in 1841.
Richard Thomas married Elizabeth Davies at St Elli's in 1845
