I'm glad it's not just me that is having problems with FMP! I have totally
given up trying to search for anyone. In fact it has dimmed my interest in
family history completely. They are still happy to take their subs though
and I will not be renewing my sub in Jan next year.
Genes Reunited has gone the same way too.
Cheers.

Hi List,
Once upon a time the Wales records were very easy to find on Findmypast
uk but blowed if I can navigate them now
I am looking for a Jane Welch born c 1793 either Wiston or Land's ?apping
in Pembrokeshire
1841 census
Grove, Pembroke ( Pembroke St Michael's)
Benjamin Welch 30 labourer born in county
Jane Welch 45 ditto
Mary 8 ditto
Elizabeth 5 ditto
Ann 2 ditto
John James 5 ditto
My John James was living with her in the 1841 ,1851 and the 1861 census
1851 census
Main St Tabernacle House Pembroke St Mary's
Jane Welch 58 born Wiston Pembrokeshire labourer's widow
Elizabeth Welch 16 born Cosheston Pembrokeshire.
John Welch 15 scholar Pembroke Pembrokeshire I think this is our John
James as this is the same family he was living with in the 1841 census and
in the 1861 census Jane Welsh is living with his family
1861 census
New Way Pembroke. St Mary
John James 26, Ship carpenter born Castlemartin Pembrokeshire
Margaret James 23, born Lamphrey Pembrokeshire
Alfred Peter James 9 mths born Pallarys Pembrokeshire
Jane Welsh 68 labourer's widow born Pembrokeshire Lands Cupping/hipping
I think this is the same lady who has always looked after him in the 1841
and 1851 census
John James was at pembrokeshire until 1865 then moved to Chatham Kent then
to Walsall Staffordshire
Can't find Jane's death or her being in the 1871 census
Haven't been able to find her marriage to Benjamin either
So any help with navigating would be greatly appreciated
Cheers Marilyn from Western Australia
