For the attention of John Ball.
Dear John,
Three cheers for sending your email to us all - it is just what has been at
the back of my mind since beginning my search for past relatives
So many points which you raise 'ring a bell' with me - particularly that we
'live in hope', so to speak, and are always looking for more and more
evidence. In my case, I like to think I am sufficiently optimistic to keep
up the search but not enough to settle for anything which may lead to a
'quick fix'.
Thank you for putting all my vague worries into a clear and concise form
which I can now use as my guideline. I only wish I had come to the
conclusion so precisely myself. (Hopefully, in my case it is due to pressure
of work and not lack of intelligent thought!)
Keep up the philosophical thoughts and please continue to share them with us
all.
Myra
