Margaret,
The following link is for passenger lists to Canada 1865 to 1922. I've been
trying to find Thomas Drew and family who sailed to Canada in 1912 and have
found this website very interesting. [Haven't found the Drew's yet though I
did find my mother's father and his family in 1912].

I hope this is helpful.
I agree with John that Kamloops is a beautiful area.

Subject: [POWYS] Sailing to Canada from Wales in 1888
Hi everyone,
Thomas Jones, one of my ancestors left Wales about 1888 to sail to Canada.
He was born in Llangurig, Montgomeryshire but I think I have found him
working as an "Iron baller" and lodging in Merthyr Tydfil in 1881. I am
hoping someone can tell me from which port he would be likely to have sailed
and also where he would disembark on arrival in Canada. His final
destination was the Kamloops area of British Columbia and I will be grateful
for any help and suggestions.
Regards,
Margaret Harvey
