Hi Rita,
Looks to me like "Carn Ct." was actually meant to be "Cann Ct." seeing
as
she moved to Cannock.
Would that make sense?
Dave

Firstly, thank you John for all your efforts on our behalf. Enjoy your
new persuits.
My Great Aunt Margaret Ann BAILEY was a Primitive Methodist exhorter at
Bishop's Castle. When she married in 1892 the Primitive Methodist Minute
Book says she was removed from 'the plan having removed to Carn Ct.' I am
presuming this refers to a Primitive Methodist Carn Circuit, but have been
unable to locate this.
Last week I visited Englesea Brook Chapel & Museum where they had a lot of
Primitive Methodist circuit plans, but again nothing for Carn.
In 1894 Margaret was residing at Walsall Road, Cannock, Staffs, where her
brother was a Prims Minister. In 1896 she was back at Bishop's Castle
where she died at her parents house in Welsh Street.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to find out about Carn Ct.
please.
Rita
