The difference in spelling is welsh v english. They are essentially
the same name. Tywyn
used to be Towyn just as Conwy used to be Conway.

Little Trains of Wales" ie. The Talyllyn Railway. It is about 4

Towyn is as you say between Rhyl and Abergele on the North Wales
coast.
