Hi Dave,
Following my search for more details about Rhulen Mill there is informarion in The History
of Radnorshire (by Williams I believe - sorry I do not have it in front of me at the
moment) about a corn mill that is close to the church.
The need for a visit there grows.......

My Margaret Price was born in about 1828 in Rhulen, so she's not likely to
have any relationship to yours except, perhaps, through her father William.
He was born in about 1793 in Glascwm.
The deeds for Llanowen Farm close to the centre of Rhulen make reference in
1854 to a building on the farm called 'Melin Rhiwlen or Llanowen Mill'. From
the 1891 map and the sequence of properties on the censuses it appears to be
a building next to the stream that passes through Rhulen in the west of
Llanowen farm.
